Details That Matter

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
  • Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

  • If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
  • If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Our property is uniquely located amidst dense forest and lush coffee estates, offering guests a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. While this setting provides a truly authentic experience, it also means that encounters with wild animals, snakes, insects, and leeches can occasionally occur.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we request that the following guidelines be observed throughout your stay:

1. Supervision of Children
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times within the property.
  • Please ensure children do not wander alone into forested or estate areas.
2. Wildlife Awareness
  • Do not approach, tease, or feed any wild animals, monkeys, or languor’s.
  • Maintain a safe distance and immediately inform our staff if you notice any wildlife activity nearby.
3. Room and Balcony Safety
  • Keep balcony and room doors closed when not in use.
  • There is a possibility of monkeys or languor’s entering if doors are left open.
  • You may use the mosquito net to keep your room secure while still enjoying the fresh natural breeze through the open door or window.
4. Outdoor Activities
  • Always use designated paths during walks or treks.
  • Wear appropriate footwear and avoid moving around after dark without assistance from our team.
  • Be cautious of leeches, especially during monsoon months; salt or leech repellents are available upon request.
5. Insect and Environmental Precautions
  • Use insect repellents and avoid leaving food items uncovered inside or outside your room.
  • Close windows and doors before dusk to prevent insects from entering.

Trekking Disclaimer

All treks and guided walks organised by our hotel are designed to offer guests a safe and enjoyable experience amidst nature. However, participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, insect bites, weather changes, or minor injuries such as slips and falls.
By joining the trek, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility
  • Guests participate at their own risk and are expected to be in good physical condition suitable for moderate outdoor activity.
  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of accompanying children.
2. Guidelines & Safety Instructions
  • All participants must follow the instructions given by the hotel staff or trek guide at all times.
  • Straying away from the group or designated path is strictly prohibited.
  • Proper footwear and clothing are mandatory for safety and comfort.
3. Wildlife & Environmental Awareness
  • Do not disturb or attempt to interact with any wildlife.
  • Avoid littering or damaging plants and natural surroundings.
4. Liability
  • The hotel and its staff shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage to personal property arising during or after the activity.
  • Guests are advised to carry only essential items and ensure personal insurance coverage if necessary.
