Our Story

In 2003, this remarkable land was chosen for its breathtaking views and timeless energy. Resting in the shadow of the revered shrine of the Sufi saint Baba Buden, the mountain itself is steeped in legend and spiritual significance.

From the beginning, the estate was nurtured to flourish as nature intended. Coffee here is grown completely organic—free from additives, pesticides, and GMOs. The yield may be small, but the taste is rich, pure, and deeply rewarding.

Over seven years, the founders poured their vision into building the villa. Every corner, every piece of furniture, and every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a home that is both spectacular and welcoming in the midst of the wilderness.

A Living Sanctuary

The estate thrives with the sounds and movements of the Western Ghats. Porcupines, wild boar, mouse deer, barking deer, and sambar wander freely. Birdsong fills the air—look out for the Malabar whistling thrush, scarlet minivet, emerald dove, and great hornbill. With luck, you may even glimpse the Malabar giant squirrel or the elusive flying squirrel.

Predators such as tigers, leopards, and wild dogs have been reported nearby—powerful reminders that this is truly untamed wilderness.
